1. Purpose of the service

PexEticket allows users to cash out the available balance of prepaid top-up tickets accepted by the platform. The cash-out is processed by the system, then a confirmation response is shown to the user.

  • The prepaid top-up ticket must be valid, unused and legitimately held by the user.
  • PexEticket may refuse a cash-out when the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.

2. Use of the form

The user selects the prepaid top-up ticket type, enters the code, amount, contact details and preferred withdrawal method. The submitted information must be accurate and up to date.

  • Each prepaid top-up ticket type may have its own code format.
  • Incorrect information may delay or prevent the transfer.

3. Fees and net amount

A 2% service fee applies to each cash-out. The estimated net amount is displayed in the form before submission.

  • The fee is calculated on the declared withdrawal amount.
  • PayPal, bank or Twint fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

4. Confirmation and transfer

Once the cash-out is confirmed, the transfer is sent within 24 hours maximum, or as soon as possible after confirmation.

  • Timing may depend on the selected withdrawal method.
  • The cash-out reference should be kept for any exchange with support.

5. Liability and refusal

PexEticket provides a cash-out processing service but does not guarantee that every submitted prepaid top-up ticket will be accepted. A cash-out may be refused if the ticket cannot be confirmed or if the information is incorrect.

  • Proof of ownership or purchase may be requested if necessary.
  • Any abuse, fraud attempt or impersonation may lead to refusal of the cash-out.
